Do you want to get better at generating income for your social enterprise? Would you like access to a peer support network to get good advice on how to grow your business? Do you think that you might be ‘too close to your business’ and need to take a step back, but never have enough time to do so? You are not alone! We promise.

Our community of exceptional social entrepreneurs can relate to the many challenges that growing a social business involves. Many have “been there” and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. This is why Hatch has decided to create these peer incubator and accelerator programmes, Hatch Impact. We will use this platform to facilitate learning experiences with successful social entrepreneurs (those who have come before), where they can share their wisdom, knowledge and network with those who need it next.


We believe that by providing this much-needed support from sector experts, together with our tried and tested programme methodology, we will be able to support purpose-led enterprises to develop more robust pathways to achieve organisational resilience, financial sustainability and most importantly, the ability to effectively scale their impact.

Programme Overview

Our programmes (incubator or accelerator) are best suited to growing social enterprises between 1-5 years old, who have an annual turnover of £50 - £150K (including grant income), have 1-5 members of staff and are seeking to raise funds in the next 18-24 months.

Peer-to-peer learning environment

  • The programme has been co-designed with social entrepreneurs


Pro-bono legal consulting

  • In partnership with Sidley LLP will provide pro-bono support to the participating social enterprises


Procurement prospects

  • In partnership with Peabody, social ventures have access to procurement and supply chain opportunities


Financial coaching

  • In partnership with UBS social ventures will get access to financial coaching and mentorship opportunities


Crowdfunding project

  • Working with Crowdfunder, ventures can create a movement whilst raising vital funds

  • Potential match funding available from Crowdfunder

Funding opportunities

  • Access to £5 million blended finance opportunities made available by Big Issue Invest and the London Changemakers Fund (Hatch Fund)

Hatch Enterprise is a charity based in South-London. Our mission is to build a fairer society by supporting underrepresented founders in business, providing knowledge, access to networks, fundings and workspace.


Since 2013, Hatch has worked with over 5000 entrepreneurs through in-depth programmes (Launchpad, Incubator, Accelerator) and events such as Beyond Good Business or StartUp Brixton. The ventures they have supported through their programmes are now turning over £10.3M, employing over 200 people and engaging hundreds of volunteers every year.
